All public seminar programs are held in Westchester County, NY. Program
registration begins at 8:30. The program starts at 9:00 and ends at 5:00.
During the program there will be two twenty minute breaks, one in the morning
and one in the afternoon. Breakfast and lunch, as well as two mid-session
snacks are included with the program. In addition, you receive the following
value added items in order to support your training experience.

Cancellation policy:
A one hundred percent payment is required upon registration. All payments must
be made with a valid credit card. Cancellations prior to two weeks before the
start of the program will receive a full refund less a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations within two weeks of the program will receive a "certificate of
transfer" redeemable as registration for any seminar of equal price or as
partial registration on any higher priced seminar.
